ONE day until christmas ;D decembers gone by soooo fast.

i guess christmases change when ur older. or at least, for me... xP
being a baptized christian for christmas this year takes away the whole extreme "giddiness" of receiving presents. i mean yes, im still excited about getting presents. we all are no matter how "Godly" we seem. yet its the season for giving, and still when we give, someone else receives, so it kinda goes both ways. you cant just give without receiving. but Jesus was born :D yes oh yes Jesus Christ was born on Christmas Day and his only purpose for coming to earth was so we didnt go to hell. which is BIG. cus you know... its not everyday God puts a human down to earth and kills him years later because he cares about everyone else.

yeah on another note, its so COLD >.> i was sleeping literally underneath the blanket in a ball shape the whole night.
oh yay getting bottom braces on the 27th. whoo..hoo...
hm. my friends birthdays coming up on the 3rd of january... wonder what to get what to get....

LOL thursday was our last half day of school before winter break. we brought like a zillion santa hats&candy canes. i ate eight candy canes :) and an amaaaazhing FIFTEEN COOKIES. gasp. i went like overdrive hyperactive during lunch. i was speed singing WE WISH YOU A MERRY CHRISTMAS and jumping up n down. baahahahhah.

heh. today was okay. half the sundayschool class was missing cauz of the rain this morning... more people came but watermelon didnt come T__T anyway. lol after E2 me, steph&alice were laughing&walking about like 'drunkards' as alice put it xD. now im home. and at the moment, im.. bored. ish. when my mom gets back i should probably go start practicing flute since my lessons in two days and i didnt even look at the music... AGAIN. shoooot. im screwed. then i gotta do kumon[two more weeks...]and then im prob gonna go start my web assignment from schilder... whooopee... THATS due tuesday too.. blaaaaaaaahh... I DONT WANNA DO HOMEWORK T____T whoa cool.just realized you can change the font on this thing :D:D 13 more days until chrisstmas :D

updaaates... weelllll... hm. not much happened. oh wait nvm. the winter concerts coming up&we're pretty much screwed. not the 7th and 8th grade band...we're fine. we're really good :D its the wind ensemble. one of the 8th grade drummers cant count for their life. literally. its not that hard to count to four and hit the drum where the black dots on the music sheet are -____- the concerts this thursday&wind ensemble is failing. the flutes have everything down; the trumpets get solos&theyre really loud so theyre like pissing mr english off... the saxophones are good... the low brass you cant even hear so idc... the drums EPICLY. SUCK. FAIL. SERIOUSLY. one 8th grader drummer kicks the 7th grade drummers off the snares&SHE CANT COUNT. IF YOU CANT COUNT THEN GET AWAY FROM THE DRUM. mr english got soooo mad at them last practice. he actually cursed at us >___> thanks to the drums. its not that hard to play the christmas song&freefall >.< ugghh... we're gonna SUCKKK...
anyway yeah. sigh. christmas program for RCCC is like on the 23rd or something... i hope we dont have to light the candles again... some stupid woman gave me a look when i lit her candle last year. lucky her i was inches from lighting her hair on fire. anyway SHOW SOME RESPECT. pastor wilson's daughter. gosh.

CHRISTMAS TREEEEE

OOOOH.
yes i know this is the second post in like 10 minutes. but still.
THE CHRISTMAS TREES UPPPP 8D its all... SPARKLYYY :D and so christmas-y. caus we "dressed it up" with our massive collection of christmas ornaments collected in the past 10 years. a lot are from the church... i saw one that said RCC YM 2001 o___O
a lot are just.. weird stuff we've gotten over the years ;D my favorites are
the glass ballerina that i got. i used to pretend i was marie in the nutcracker&got it for a 'present'
the nutcracker. for obvious reasons. i used to dance pretty intensively.. &i had to stop this summer... *sob
the big golden reindeer 8D it just makes christmas seem nearer :D and its a huge ornament.
the little Junior plastic talking thing. Junior frmo veggie tales. that mini asparagus thing. if you press a button on his butt[does he HAVE a butt??]he says GOD MADE YOU SPECIAL, JUST LIKE HE MADE ME. or IM JUNIOR. or OOOHHHH DEJA VU. <--- dont ask.
and of course the good old stray ribbons and mini stockings that say JOY or PEACE that, for me&my brother's sheer entertainment, are thrown onto the tree at random &leaving it wherever it lands.
awesome. so many memories. now to wait for my sister&other brother-to-be to come back for christmas :D

wow i havent been here for a while xD
okay well.. its been months since my last post. ahahah. well first of all the winter retreat happened october 29-31 and it was AMAAZHINGG<3 it was sooooo fun and we're doing pretty well without the 8th graders ;D the retreat really helped me see my relationship with God and how it should be and how it should be improved. it was AWESOME :D
and sooooo... oh yes. i got baptizedd :) on the 21st of november. i was a nervous wreck. ahah. me and echen are now SPIRITUAL TWINNS :D yayay.
thanksgiving came by... and it kinda sucked cause i was really sick but it was still fun... you know... coughing on my poor friend&all xD
well im looking forward to CHRISTMASSSS(: i hope im not sick for it. :O that would be horrrrrrible.
wheeeeee after christmas would be my BIRTHDAAAAAAY :D yaaay. turning THIRTEEN THIS YEARR and... finally getting a FB. :P
oh yeah i started 7th grade&its living hell. i hate this.

THREE MORE DAYS AND THEN I CAN COME HOME!!
looking back on the trip, it was pleasant. i think its because i was so bummed that i was missing youth group meetings and church days that i didn't enjoy it.
a lot has happened between me and my best friends... i guess we're going through another "phase". :-/
well theres still 3[if ur in america] or 2[if ur in taiwan]days left to 'enjoy'. tomorrows a freebie(: we're leaving really early wednesday morning[tues night for you guys]. pray that we'll have a safe trip back[: and i'll see most of you on friday xD
during the trip, i kept contact with friends, and went online as often as i could[which was often considering i have an AV bro]to see if any of them were online. of course, i chatted with a few of them in particular, and we got into a few arguments, but of course, like all friends, we made up. but i guess i've learned a lesson in this trip as well as something from my friends...

and the friday i come back is 8TH GRADE GRADUATIONN!! aahh im gonna miss jenn jane and joyce soooo much but i can still see them after youthgroup(':
theyre all looking forward to senior high, and i hope they have fun there, but of course, we'll always miss them. and since 8th grade was kinda our "parents" in a way, we're already having a hard time supporting the entire youth group, because besides alice, the future 8th graders arent very active... o___o the new 7th graders have to support the youth group.. worship, AV, cleaning up, caretaking of small groups, all thaaat. they havent even graduated yet and we're already having trouble. this is gonna be a rough year for us. well, we'll manage. God's still there. He's got a way. i heard that they accept baptised people for worship, but apparently there are so few of us that are baptised that arent willing that they just gave forms to everyone. i'll do everything im able to to help the youth group but of course, without our 8thies, it'll be a challenge... especially since the new 6ths, like we were, are so nervous they dont know whats going on. xD we'll have to show them just how fun youth group can be, weird 7th graders and all[thank you brittany for freaking some of them out]... dont worry. random outbursts are credited to anna. :D

w00t :] first post of a newer blog. hahah.

well, i'm in taiwan/hk and not exactly loving it. or enjoying it to it's full 'potential', if you can say that xD
the flight here was okay... partly because i was sleeping half of it and watching all of hte Harry Potter films to date the other half :] though i do credit my not vomiting to Dramamine[airsickness medicine]. hongkong was... actually quite interesting. the light shows, the food, the customs[such as having to wash all of your utensils before eating at a restaurant. which threw me into doubt what had been on the chopsticks]
now in taiwan, i find it interesting/gross/boring/annoying.
interesting: their toilets are holes in the ground edged with ceramic.

boring: theres nothing to do except eat and rush to meet people.
annoying: its too sunny. every time its sunny, i think we're being punished. i actually got tan, which is a first for me, considering my unnaturally pale skin for an asian. o___O

lol. i arrived at my grandmothers apartment and i faintly remember my two cousins who ran over me when i was little. then i remember walking into the bathroom door when i was little.
ahhh good times... kind of...
